All Items will be dispatched within 24 hours, using at no extra cost.
We aim to have items delivered to you within 3-4
working days , but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
heavier items may be using a traceable delivery
service and will
require a signature on arrival. If no-one is available
to sign for the Item, a card will be posted through your
door, and you will need to collect the item from your
local post office. Please take the card and a form of
identification.
Back Orders
We try and indicate if an item is out of stock, and
99% of items are always in stock. However, in some
exceptional circumstances, we may have been unable to
update the website. In this case, we will notify you in
your confirmation e-mail and give you an expected lead
time.
Remember, Postage is FREE on all
orders and at Portable Power, the price you see is always the
price you pay.
