1. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We
will not, under any circumstances pass on information
collected to any third party. We do not send out unsolicited
mailings either electronically or through royal mail to any
of our customers.
2. Returns
If your goods arrive damaged, incomplete or faulty upon
delivery we will dispatch replacement goods or offer you a
full refund upon receipt of the faulty goods. You must e-mail
info@portable-power.co.uk prior to returning the goods
to us within 10 days of receipt. You must ensure the goods
are adequately packed.
3. Order Cancellation
In accordance with OFT guidelines we also offer a ten day
return period from day of receiving goods for all orders.
Should you wish to return a product, please email
info@portable-power.co.uk for a return address, and then
return goods in accordance with section 2 above. A refund will
then be processed. Please note carriage charges will NOT be
refunded when returning goods under the 10 day cooling off
period. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition,
including any packaging where available.
4. Site Accuracy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this
site we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or
authenticity of the information contained within this
website or any consequence arising from it. Please note,
pictures are only used as a guideline and the actual product
you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured.
5. Stock Availability
We aim to indicate stock availability online. However in
certain circumstances this information may not be up to
date. We will notify you by email within 1 working day if
an item is out of stock and the expected time of arrival.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights.
